When we buy something for our kids, they beg you to open it like right away.
But I guess manner-wise, it’s not really appropriate giving it to them right after purchasing it.
Unless if there’s a reason to give it to them immediately.
But time’s like that, maybe we can ask them to wait by saying

“Wait till we get home please.”

Or maybe at least wait till we get to the car.
If it’s long drive, maybe they can’t wait long enough to get to the home.
