Hi, it’s Risa.
I believe we give discipline to kids sometimes, and this is just my personal opinion but I think it’s important to tell them why we gave them those disciplines, because I don’t want them to get a wrong message, thinking we get angry at them, because we don’t like them.
No!!
It’s because we care about them.
So what I normally do with my kids, is that after I give them a discipline I tell them this line.

♪ding dong

“I love you more than anything.”

Alright.
Let’s try this in a chants together.
Here we go.

Yeah!!
And afterwards have a nice long hug time, physical contact heals their feeling and makes them feel warm inside.
And also I realize how special my kids are to me too.
